TLA Health & Well-Being Project with Tonga Health
The Tonga Leitis Association is overjoyed to accept the grant from the Tonga Health Promotion Foundation in order to support two upcoming events: the Drag's Healthy Kitchen cooking competition, which will begin on Tuesday and Thursday of next week, and a health and well-being workshop for TLA members.
This morning, Dr. Joseph Takai, vice president of the TLA, accepted the grant award at the TongaHealth Office and signed the agreement with Mrs. Ofeina Filimoehala, CEO of TongaHealth.
The TLA would like to express its gratitude to TongaHealth for their cooperation and support in encouraging a healthy lifestyle and raising awareness of NCDs among the TLA members.
